Order Processing and Delivery
- Order Confirmation: Upon receiving an upfront payment, you will receive an order confirmation email.
- Draft Delivery: Draft delivery times vary based on project scope, but typically range from 3 to 4 days.
- Revisions: We offer unlimited revisions to ensure client satisfaction.
- Client Feedback: Your timely feedback on each draft is crucial for effective communication and project completion. Any delays in communication from your end might impact the project timeline.
- Final Delivery: The final project will be delivered via email upon your approval of the final draft and completion of payment. Please allow up to 24 hours for final delivery processing.
Payment Policies
- Payment Returns: All payments are non-refundable once the final draft has been approved. If you are dissatisfied with the final draft, please contact us immediately for a resolution.
- Upfront Payment: An upfront payment is required to secure your order.
- Installment Plans: We offer weekly and monthly installment plans, with due dates to be agreed upon by both parties.
- Final Payment: Full payment is required before final project delivery.
