1. Prepare Your PNGTuber Assets

Ensure you have two PNG images ready:

  • One image for the avatar with a neutral expression (closed mouth).
  • One image for the avatar with a speaking expression (open mouth).

2. Set Up a Voice Reactive Software

You’ll need software to switch between your PNG images based on your voice input. For this, use a tool like VeadoTube Mini:

  • Download and Install: Download and install VeadoTube Mini from the provided link.
  • Open VeadoTube Mini: Launch the software.

3. Configure VeadoTube Mini

  • Add Images: Click the “+” icon to add your neutral and speaking PNG images.
  • Set Up Voice Detection: In the settings, configure the software to switch between the neutral and speaking images based on your microphone input. Adjust sensitivity settings if needed.

4. Open OBS Studio

Launch OBS Studio on your computer. If you haven’t installed OBS Studio yet, download and install it from the official website.

5. Create a New Scene (Optional)

If you want to keep your PNGTuber organised, create a new scene:

  • Click the “+” button in the Scenes box.
  • Name your new scene and click “OK.”

6. Add a Game Capture Source

To add the PNGTuber to your scene:

  • Select the scene where you want to add the PNGTuber.
  • Click the “+” button in the Sources box.

In the Properties window, set the Mode to Capture Specific Window.”

Select VeadoTube Mini from theWindowdropdown menu.

Click OK to add the game capture source.

8. Position and Resize Your PNGTuber

Move and resize the PNGTuber on your stream preview to your desired position.

Adjust the size and position to fit your stream layout.

9. Save Your Scene Collection

Once everything is set up and working:

Go to Scene Collections in OBS and click Save to save your current scene collection.

10. Test Your PNGTuber

Speak into your microphone to ensure the PNGTuber switches between the neutral and speaking images correctly.

Make any necessary adjustments to the voice detection sensitivity in VeadoTube Mini.
